Google U.K. and comScore today announced the results of a study into online consumer behavior in the travel sector, finding that consumers are using search engines in more sophisticated ways to research and purchase travel in the UK.

According to iResearch’s report, China online travel booking has reached US$72.4 million in quarter two, with 25% increase. Ctrip remains the market leader in online travel booking and its Q2 sales reached about US$41 million with more than 62 million visits. eLong was after etrip in Q2 with a 24.2 million visits.
