QQ (Tencent)
MSN Messenger
Taobao IM (Alibaba)
Fetion (China Mobile)
TM (Tencent)

The most influential IM to women in China is Taobao IM; 48% of its users are female. About the other IM:

MSN Messenger: 46.8%
QQ: 41.8%
TM: 35.2%
