“friending” recent customers with corporate Facebook profile and buying targeted CPC ads are the least effective Facebook marketing tactics for B2C and B2B companies respectively.

Monitoring Twitter for PR problems is the most successful Twitter marketing tactic used by both B2C and B2B marketers.
