I’m sure there are many companies knowing the benefits of corporate blogging; search engine optimization, social marketing, building an extra channel for communication with customers, and etc. However, when they face the legal issues, blog comment, and spams, they step back. If there are valuable benefits, why not? There are always two sides on everything. What we need to do is to fight the dark side.
