Guess how much a negative review / comment costs you?

Convergys Corp conducted an interesting survey that show a negative review or comment on the Twitter, Facebook or Youtube can lose companies as many as 30 customers.

The survey found that a customer review reaches an average audience of 45 people, two-thirds of whom (30 people) would avoid or completely stop doing business with a company they heard bad things about.

The lesson here is that you need to monitor your online reputation in social media.
