Beijing police force had public release on Aug 28 showing Internet 110 Virtual Police cartoon characters (110 is the free telephone call to police office). Those virtual police would be available on Sep 1st on respective columns of portal sites. Internet users can click the cartoon to be redirected to Beijing police information network safety service.

Patrol Frequency: half hour.
Police: male / female cartoon characters
Patrol Transport: car, motor bike, by foot
